Procedures
1. The Sales Manager sends a corporate email to the buyer confirming the order, schedule and procedures; The buyer returns the email confirming the order sending their complete CIS;
2. The seller sends the Soft Corporate Offer (SCO), with the seller's corporate email to send the BCL or Statement (with authorization to check with the issuing bank).
3. The buyer responds with a LOI or ICPO, forwarding the BCL or Statement to the seller's corporate email;
4. After verification of the BCL or Statement by the sales bank officer, the seller issues the signed Full Corporate Offer (FCO);
5. The buyer signs the Full Corporate Offer (FCO), and sends it for sale;
6. The Seller provides the Draft Contract (SPA), and prepares the NCNDA / IMFPA;
7. The buyer analyzes the Draft Contract, if no changes are necessary, it will be returned to the seller;
8. The buyer sends the Draft of the instrument he will use, for analysis by the seller's bank;
9. The final contract will be written and sent for the purchase and sale signature;
10. After signing the contract, the buyer issues the guarantee instrument worth 2 months of delivery, valid for 12 months and 1 day, issued by a top 50 bank; the seller issues the counter-guarantee with the same instrument issued for the purchase, in addition to issuing the insurance policy guaranteeing 100% of each delivery, with purchase and sale as beneficiaries.
11. The seller delivers the Gold (Au) to the custody house indicated by the buyer in the LOI or ICPO;
12. The buyer completes the Gold (Au) analysis at the custody house, and makes payment via MT103 (within 72 hours), accepting custody of the Gold (Au);
13. The seller informs the insurer that the transfer has been accepted and completed.

الاجراءات
1. يرسل مدير المبيعات بريدا إلكترونيا للشركة إلى المشتري يؤكد الطلب والجدول الزمني والإجراءات ؛ يقوم المشتري بإرجاع البريد الإلكتروني الذي يؤكد الطلب الذي يرسل رابطة الدول المستقلة الكاملة.
2. يرسل البائع عرض الشركات الميسر (SCO) ، مع البريد الإلكتروني للشركة للبائع لإرسال BCL أو البيان (مع تفويض للتحقق من البنك المصدر).
3. يستجيب المشتري بخطاب النوايا أو ICPO ، ويعيد توجيه BCL أو البيان إلى البريد الإلكتروني للشركة للبائع ؛
4. بعد التحقق من BCL أو بيان من قبل موظف بنك المبيعات ، يصدر البائع عرض الشركة الكامل الموقع (FCO) ؛
5. يوقع المشتري على عرض الشركة الكامل (FCO) ، ويرسله للبيع ؛
6. يقدم البائع مسودة العقد (SPA) ، ويعد NCNDA / IMFPA ؛
7. يقوم المشتري بتحليل مسودة العقد ، إذا لم تكن هناك حاجة لإجراء تغييرات ، إعادتها إلى البائع ؛
8. يرسل المشتري مسودة الأداة التي سيستخدمها ، لتحليلها من قبل بنك البائع ؛
9. سيتم كتابة العقد النهائي وإرساله لتوقيع الشراء والبيع ؛
10. بعد توقيع العقد ، يصدر المشتري صك ضمان بقيمة شهرين من التسليم ، صالح لمدة 12 شهرا ويوم واحد ، صادر عن أحد أفضل 50 بنكا ؛ يصدر البائع الضمان المقابل بنفس الأداة الصادرة للشراء ، بالإضافة إلى إصدار وثيقة التأمين التي تضمن 100٪ من كل عملية تسليم ، مع الشراء والبيع كمستفيدين.
11. يقوم البائع بتسليم الذهب (Au) إلى دار الحضانة التي أشار إليها المشتري في خطاب النوايا أو ICPO ؛
12. يكمل المشتري تحليل الذهب (Au) في دار الوصاية ، ويقوم بالدفع عبر MT103 (في غضون 72 ساعة) ، ويقبل حضانة الذهب (Au) ؛
13. يبلغ البائع شركة التأمين بأن التحويل قد تم قبوله وإتمامه.
